Just up is the most recent Titles Sequence I designed for the short western, AL’s Beef.
The short is a throwback to the classic western and we wanted to capture that in titles. In doing so, I drew a lot of inspiration from the amazing opening of The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, the seminal western by the master, Sergio Leone.
AL’s Beef stars Dean Stockwell, Jordan Ladd, Mark Polish, David Yow, and Liam Dunaway O’Niell (Faye Dunaway’s son).
The movie was shot in 2008 on Anamorphic 35mm film.
